Cosplay sign-up – to-do list

Is it the first time you participate in one of our cosplayshows? Perhaps you've tried it before, but you cannot remember for sure what you actually have to bring to the sign-up?

Here, you can read what you need to have ready for the different shows, so you can be completely ready for the sign-up opening! The list covers everything you have to fill out to ensure that you are not in doubt about anything regarding the sign-up.

Danish Cosplay Championship & J-Popcon's Cosplayshow (Søndagsshowet):

• Your and your group members' usernames + your cosplay names
• The title you cosplay from
• The characters that you cosplay as well as a .jpeg og .png photo of them
• Manuscript – typed manually into the system
• Stage plan – file upload
• Sound – file upload in .mp3
• All props – what they are, their size (length x width x depth), and weight
• WIP pictures, additional reference pictures or similar (not a demand) 

Video material for the intro videos will be collected following your approval.

J-Popcon's Craftsmanship Competition:

• Your username
• The title you cosplay from
• The characters that you cosplay as well as a .jpeg og .png photo of them
• Intro text – added as text directly into the sign-up
• WIP pictures, additional reference pictures or similar (not a demand) 

Your cosplay name will be sent in following your approval.
