Artist Alley sign-up opens in a week

Hi everyone! We know that you've been excitingly awaiting the sign-up for our Artist Alley 2023 to open. Especially with the awesome new location!

Therefore, we are happy to be able to announce officially that we have figured out the last few details and that our Artist Alley sign-up will open:

 

Friday the 16th September 2022 at 19:00 o'clock.

 

Here, our Artist Alley team will be ready to approve your sign-ups as quick as possible. 

 

Remember, to sign up you have to purchase a weekend ticket for J-Popcon 2023 and register it on "My Page" here on the website, otherwise you won't be able to access the sign-up.

You can choose to be a solo artist and buy a solo table for 300 DKK, or you can buy half a table for 150 DKK.

Are you two people who want to share a table, remember to NOT choose "solo table", otherwise you will both be charged 300 DKK. You just need to remember to add both your names to the sign-up and then you will each be charged 150 DKK.

If you have other artist friends, who are signing up separately, but you still want to sit next to each other, please write this in your sign-up, also in terms of later when you have to choose were to sit. You will be contacted individually later by email about choosing where to sit, and you will be contacted in the order that you have signed up. So, the quicker you sign up for our Artist Alley, the earlier you will be offered to pick your table.

Do you have a helper with you, remember to write their name in the sign-up, as we need to make them a badge. You can also do this later.

Artists will be approved by first come, first served, and since we have experienced to sell out in less than 24 hours before, do not hesitate to send in your sign-up. ;)

The artists who don't get a table will automatically be placed on our waiting list in the order of who sent in their sign-up first. If an approved artist withdraws, we will contact the first person on the waiting list and offer them the spot.

If you don't get approved for our Artist Alley and it was the only reason for you to attend J-Popcon, you can of course get your ticket refunded.

As a new thing, we want to promote the approved artists at our Artist Alley. To do so, we will make a page on our website dedicated to the artists. If you get approved, you will receive more information abou this in the email you receive following your approval. It's completely voluntary, whether you want to be promoted on our website or not.
