Nordic Cosplay Championship at NärCon Sommar
Nordic Cosplay Championship (NCC) afholdes til NärCon Sommar og foregår hvert år i løbet af sommeren i Linköping, Sverige. Hvor konkurrencen engang kun bestod af de nordiske lande, Danmark, Finland, Island, Norge og Sverige, er der sidenhen kommet langt flere lande til: Estland, Letland, Litauen, Spanien, USA, Frankrig, Italien, Canada og Holland – og kvalifikationen bliver ved med at vokse. Deltagerne mødes på scenen for at konkurrere om ære og præmier, herunder en tur til Japan for to.
NCC startede i 2012 under det svenske arrangement NärCon Sommar 2012 og har siden da fortsat vokset og blevet en naturlig del af det nordiske cosplay-samfund.
NCC-konkurrencen fokuserer ligeværdigt på håndværk og act.
Der er to kvalifikationspladser i Danmark til forskellige konventioner.; en hos KoyoCon, en hos os. Tidligere lå kvalifikationen også hos Genki.
