Pro- og Business-borde
Hvis du er interesseret i at ansøge om en Pro- eller en Business-bod, så kan du allerede nu sende din ansøgning til os via nedenstående links til Google Form. OBS! For at kunne ansøge om en Pro eller Business-bod, så er det påkrævet, at man er CVR-registreret. Vi har ti Pro- og ti Business-boder tilgængelige. Disse er ikke først til mølle, men vil blive udvalgt af vores Artist Alley-hold på baggrund af tilmeldingerne. Vi lader tilmeldingen til Pro- og Business-boder være åben i to uger fra officiel udmelding på sociale medier, men du kan med fordel allerede nu ansøge. Efter tilmeldingen er lukket, vil vores Artist Alley-hold gennemgå dem, og sende svar ud inden for den efterfølgende uge via mail.
Pro og Business har de følgende priser herunder, hvor du også kan se, hvad der er inkluderet i prisen. Vi gør opmærksom på, at disse priser ikke inkluderer borde eller stole. Dette skal man selv koordinere med DGI. Der kommer link til bestilling af opsætning hos DGI ud sammen med godkendelse og betalingsmetode.
Pro og Business-boder har begge et område på cirka 3x3 m. Dette kan dog variere med omkring 20 cm, og boder må maks. være 2,2 m i højden. Under connen må der ikke stå tomt pap i hallen, men vi har lejet en container til opbevaring af pap. Hvis I vælger at bruge denne container, kan vi ikke love, at I får den samme kasse retur, når I pakker sammen.

Pro and Business Booths
If you're interested in applying for a Pro or a Business booth, then you’re already able to send your application to us through the link below in Google Forms. To apply for a Pro booth or Business booth, it's required that you're registered with a CVR or VAT number. We have 10 Pro and 10 Business booths available. These are not first come, first serve, but will be chosen by our Artist Alley team, based on the applications.
We'll let the application for Pro and Business booths be open for 2 weeks from the official announcement on our social media, but you’re free to apply now. After the applications have closed, our Artist Alley will go through them, and send out replies within the following week, through email.
Pro and Business have the prices listed below, along with the description of what the price includes. Do note that these prices do not include tables and chairs. You have to coordinate this with the venue, DGI Byen, by yourself. There'll be a link available to make an order to DGI along with your confirmation and payment method.
Pro and Business booths both have an available area of 3x3 m. This may vary with approx. 20 cm. The booths have a maximum height of 2,2 m. It's not allowed to have empty cardboard boxes in the venue hall, but we've rented containers to hold cardboard. If you choose to use these containers, we can’t guarantee that you’ll get the exact same cardboard boxes returned, when you're closing down your booth.

Standardborde og halve borde
Det er planen, at disse tilmeldinger åbner lige efter, at tilmeldingerne til Pro og Business er lukket. Tilmeldingen kommer til at være åben i to uger, hvorefter den lukkes, og der trækkes lod blandt ansøgninger, der opfylder kriterierne beskrevet i ansøgningen.
Til forskel fra tidligere år, så er tilmeldingen IKKE først til mølle. Dette er besluttet, for at gøre det mest fair i forhold til eventuelle udfordringer med internet hjemmesidecrash osv., så tilmeldingen vil foregå som lodtrækning.
Lodtrækningen vil være tilfældig. Borde vil være opdelt i puljer. Der er afsat et bestemt antal borde til følgende kategorier: Halve borde til enkelt kunstner, standardborde delt mellem to kunstnere, standardborde til enkelt kunstner. Heraf er der flest standardborde afsat til borde delt mellem to kunstnere. Man kan derfor med fordel øge sine chancer for deltagelse, hvis man deler sit bord med en ven. Nogle halve borde er solo. Dette vil sige, at bordet er dit helt eget 80x80cm, som ikke er en del af et større bord.
Under connen må der ikke stå tomt pap i hallen, men vi har lejet en container til opbevaring af pap. Hvis I vælger at bruge denne container, kan vi ikke love, at I får den samme kasse retur, når I pakker sammen.
Det er et krav fra udlejer, at der er en brandimprægneret dug på alle borde. Hvis du derfor ikke har din egen brandsikrede dug, skal du tilkøbe en, da du ellers risikerer at blive pålagt at skulle betale en merudgift til udlejer.

Standard tables and half tables
The application for the standard and half tables is planned to be available right after applications for Pro and Business booths have closed. The application form will be open for two weeks, and when it’s closed, there’ll be a lottery among the applicants, who fulfil the criterias described in the application. In contrast from previous years, the application is NOT first come first serve. This has been decided, to make it as fair as possible, to disregard issues with internet, the webpage crashing etc. so the application process will be done through lottery.
The lottery will be completely random, and tables will be divided into pools. A specific amount of tables are reserved for the following categories: Half tables for solo artists, standard tables shared between two artists, and standard tables for a solo artist. The majority of standard tables are reserved for tables shared between two artists. Thus you can increase your chances, if you share a table with an artist friend.
Some of the half tables are solo. Which means that you have a table of your own, with the measurements 80x80 cm, that is not part of a bigger table.
It’s not allowed to have empty cardboard boxes in the venue hall, but we’ve rented containers to hold cardboard. If you choose to use these containers, we can’t promise that you’ll get the exact same cardboard boxes returned, when you’re closing down your booth.
It’s a requirement from the venue, that all tables are covered with a tablecloth that has been treated with a fire repellent. If you do not bring your own fire proof tablecloth, then you’ll have to purchase one, as you’ll otherwise risk having to pay an additional fee to the venue.
