Business-borde

Tilmeldingen kommer til at være åben i to uger, hvorefter den lukkes, men hvis alle bordene ikke er afsat, vil det stadig være muligt at søge et business-bord efter. Det er ikke først til mølle, og hvis der er flere ansøgere end borde, så vil der blive trukket lod om pladserne. Business-bordene er større Artist Alley-pladser, et såkaldt 'dobbeltbord', hvor der blandt andet er mulighed for at tilpasse sit setup eller tage egne borde/andet udstyr med for at tilpasse pladsen givet ens behov.

Hvis man ønsker at tage eget setup med, sig endelig til, så vi kan sørge for, at den står tom (uden borde) til dig. En Business-plads kan godt blive delt mellem flere artister (op til tre) – det er muligt at være op til fire, men så skal den fjerde selv købe billet.

OBS: Under connen må der ikke stå tomt pap i hallen, men vi har lejet en container til opbevaring af pap. Hvis I vælger at bruge denne container, kan vi ikke love, at I får den samme kasse retur, når I pakker sammen. Tomt pap, som opdages under connen, vil blive fjernet. Det er et krav fra udlejer, at der er en brandimprægneret dug på alle borde. Hvis du derfor ikke har din egen brandsikrede dug, skal du tilkøbe en, da du ellers risikerer at blive pålagt at skulle betale en merudgift til udlejer.

Business tables

Business tables registration will be open for two weeks, after which it will be closed, but if all the tables are not taken, it will still be possible to apply for a Business table afterwards too. It is not first come, first served, and if there are more applicants than tables, a lottery will be held for the tables.

The Business tables are larger Artist Alley booths/spots, a so-called 'double table', where there is, among other things, the possibility to customize your setup, or bring your own tables/other equipment to adapt the spot to your needs. If you want to bring your own setup, please let us know so we can make sure your spot is empty (without tables) for you.

A Business table can be shared between several artists (up to three) – it is possible to be up to four, but then the fourth person must buy a ticket themselves. BUSINESS TABLE

NOTE: Empty cardboard is not allowed in the hall during the con, but we have rented a container for storing cardboard. If you choose to use this container, we cannot promise that you will get the same box back when you pack up. Empty cardboard discovered during the con will be removed. It is a requirement from the landlord that there is a fireproof tablecloth on all tables. Therefore, if you do not have your own fireproof tablecloth, you must purchase one, otherwise you risk being required to pay an additional fee to the venue.

Standardborde og halve borde

Tilmeldingen kommer til at være åben i to uger, hvorefter den lukkes, og der trækkes lod blandt ansøgninger, der opfylder kriterierne beskrevet i ansøgningen.

Til forskel fra tidligere år, så er tilmeldingen IKKE først til mølle. Dette er besluttet for at gøre det mest fair i forhold til eventuelle udfordringer med internet hjemmesidecrash osv., så tilmeldingen vil foregå som lodtrækning.

Lodtrækningen vil være tilfældig. Borde vil være opdelt i puljer. Der er afsat et bestemt antal borde til følgende kategorier: Halve borde (med/uden bagvæg) til enkelt kunstner, standardborde (med/uden bagvæg) delt mellem to kunstnere, standardborde (med/uden bagvæg) til enkelt kunstner. Heraf er der flest standardborde afsat til borde delt mellem to kunstnere. Man kan derfor med fordel øge sine chancer for deltagelse, hvis man deler sit bord med en ven. Standard tables and half tables

The application will be open for two weeks, then it will close and we will draw between the applicants who meet the criteria of the application. In contrast from previous years, the application is NOT first come first serve. This has been decided, to make it as fair as possible, to disregard issues with internet, the webpage crashing etc. so the application process will be done through lottery.

The lottery will be completely random, and tables will be divided into pools. A specific amount of tables are reserved for the following categories: Half tables (with/without back wall) for solo artists, standard tables (with/without back wall) shared between two artists, and standard tables (with/without back wall) for a solo artist. The majority of standard tables are reserved for tables shared between two artists. Thus you can increase your chances, if you share a table with an artist friend.

It’s not allowed to have empty cardboard boxes in the venue hall, but we’ve rented containers to hold cardboard. If you choose to use these containers, we can’t promise that you’ll get the exact same cardboard boxes returned, when you’re closing down your booth. Empty cardboard discovered during the convention will be removed.

It’s a requirement from the venue, that all tables are covered with a tablecloth that has been treated with a fire repellent. If you do not bring your own fire proof tablecloth, then you’ll have to purchase one, as you’ll otherwise risk having to pay an additional fee to the venue.
