J-Popcon will again in 2016 have a Maid cafe that is run by Maids and Butlers, who serve drinks and snacks. In order for the cafe to be a succes again this year, we need Maids and Butlers to help us out.
A maid or butlers assignment is first and foremost to provide good service for the customers. This implies taking orders and do small decoration assignments of a variety of cakes and drinks. Furthermore serving at tables, taking orders and handle the payment. As a maid or butler, you must be able to create a good mood in the café, it is therefore important that you are welcoming and kind at your workplace. It is also important, that if you can't speak Danish, you must be able to speak English in regards of our customers.
Maids and butlers shifts will be equally distributed over the weekend and we will of cause bear in mind every ones wishes. It is important that you're aware when your shift begins and you meet up in time.
There will be arranged meetings before the con and it is essential to attend at least one of the session, as you will need to partake in a short course in how tasks will be performed and knowledge of the dishes that will be served throughout the event. This is so you will be able to explain the dishes to customers who might be interested. We always try to have fun during our meetings, because it is important to enjoy yourself and create good relationships with your fellow co-workers.
