Infinity: sci-fi tabletop game

Infinity from Corvus Belli, is a tabletop science fiction game that draws inspiration from the classic anime and manga series, Ghost In the Shell and Appleseed.

The game is shown on a prefabricated game board with painted figures, where it's possible for the audience to play the game. Additionally, there will be copies of books from the game, that anyone can look and read in.

Each sample game is for 1-2 persons at a time, and takes between 5-30 minutes to complete. The game shows another way of using the Asian popculture influence, than we usually see in the West.

Infinity is clearly inspired by Shirow's early works (Ghost In the Shell, Appleseed), both regarding rules and style. A typical game example may well play out as an action scene from both sources of inspiration.

Play the game in J-Popcon's Game Room, Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Read more about Infinty at the game's website
